Julien Fruitier<\/strong>, an expert in project management, digital marketing<\/strong>, and public relations, has built his career on innovation and performance. After studying Business Administration internationally in the United States, he held strategic positions at Kiwi Saint-Tropez<\/a>, Noreve<\/a>, and iViera Saint-Tropez<\/a>, where he managed teams, increased sales, and developed international business networks. His strong management<\/strong> skills and ability to optimize communication <\/strong>make him a key asset in structuring and promoting large-scale real estate projects.<\/p>

On the other hand, S\u00e9bastien Pellegrin<\/strong> has earned a solid reputation in the construction industry. With over 25 years of experience on the job<\/strong>, he climbed from plumber to worksite manager for the City of Sainte-Maxime.<\/strong> Known for his pragmatism,<\/strong> leadership<\/strong> skills, and expertise in technical project management<\/strong>, he is a benchmark in site supervision and the maintenance of the built heritage in the region. His expertise on the ground and his responsiveness to challenges make him a guarantor of the quality and compliance of the projects.<\/strong><\/p>
