If any anomalies or defects are identified, we document them as reservations and report them to the relevant contractors for swift correction.
We then organize the reception visits, which are key moments where we validate the works in the presence of all the stakeholders. During these visits, we prepare the reception minutes, which detail the completed work and any reservations raised. These documents are essential for formalizing the completion of the works and initiating the legal guarantees, such as the perfect completion guarantee and the ten-year warranty.
