Founded by Julien Fruitier and Sébastien Pellegrin, this project stems from two complementary professional backgrounds, driven by a shared ambition: to provide rigorous and innovative management for the construction and property projects in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

Two Paths, One Common Vision

Julien Fruitier, an expert in project management, digital marketing, and public relations, has built his career on innovation and performance. After studying Business Administration internationally in the United States, he held strategic positions at Kiwi Saint-Tropez, Noreve, and iViera Saint-Tropez, where he managed teams, increased sales, and developed international business networks. His strong management skills and ability to optimize communication make him a key asset in structuring and promoting large-scale real estate projects.

On the other hand, Sébastien Pellegrin has earned a solid reputation in the construction industry. With over 25 years of experience on the job, he climbed from plumber to worksite manager for the City of Sainte-Maxime. Known for his pragmatism, leadership skills, and expertise in technical project management, he is a benchmark in site supervision and the maintenance of the built heritage in the region. His expertise on the ground and his responsiveness to challenges make him a guarantor of the quality and compliance of the projects.
